Overview
The Khan Partnership has a new and exciting commercial practice. A rapidly expanding area of the firm, staffed with experienced lawyers, the practice is extending beyond the borders of the UK to large international deals.
As well as providing advice for already thriving companies, the team deals with many projects all the way from their inception to completion. Throughout this process, we assist in looking at matters from a clear perspective, free from unnecessary legal jargon.
Our lawyers not only assist clients at the concept stage, but also go through all the necessary structuring and legal documentation. We consider matters such joint venture and shareholder agreements, options, supply and distribution contracts, asset purchases and finance documentation.
We work very closely with clients as thought processes adjust along with constantly developing matters, and consistently work with our clients to progress matters in the best way.
