Offshore and
International Disputes

The Khan Partnership has an international outlook, with strong links to the Middle East and the Caribbean.  The majority of the Dispute Resolution Team’s clients have businesses on most continents and London remains the hub of international litigation.  Through the firm’s key relationships, we are able to assist and provide professional support in the managing of disputes around the world.

The Team has led successful cases from the Royal Courts of Justice in London through to the European Courts of Justice in Brussels and has expertise in obtaining ancillary relief in other jurisdictions in support of English litigation.

The Team has particular familiarity with offshore jurisdictions around the world, including Anguilla, Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Jersey, Mauritius and Nevis.  Our experience, gained by lawyers working both onshore and offshore, represents a distinct advantage to our clients when planning a global litigation strategy.

Jurisdictions with which we have worked most recently include the British Virgin Islands, Bulgaria, the Cayman Islands, France, Indonesia, Israel, Jersey, Mauritius, Oman, Russia, South Africa, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the USA and the Yemen.
