Andrew is a commercial litigator with experience acting in financial, commodity, company and shareholder disputes and in VAT matters.  He also specialises in contentious and non-contentious insolvency, acting for insolvency practitioners, creditors and individuals and has acted for a number of lenders in the factoring and invoice discounting sector.

Before joining The Khan Partnership, Andrew was with Penningtons, based in their City office in the Dispute Resolution department.
