As the Chief Operating Officer, Jane oversees all aspects of the operation such as recruitment, business development and most importantly ongoing strategic planning. Having completed an MBA at Westminster Business School in 2003, Jane brings to the firm a wealth of senior managerial know-how which has been obtained within both the private and public sector. In particular, Jane has extensive experience in human resources and personnel, corporate governance, budgetary management and audit.
Prior to joining The Khan Partnership, Jane acted as a Senior Manager (Assistant Director level) to an NHS Trust with regulatory and financial responsibility for a multi disciplinary team of forty staff on four sites.
