An experienced commercial law specialist with more than 18 years in the profession, Laurence’s legal expertise includes intellectual property (IP), information technology, media and competition law. He advises clients on matters ranging from international joint ventures, special projects and outsourcing agreements to e-commerce, licensing and distribution.
Laurence spent the first part of his career in the City, initially in the Banking Law Department at Linklaters and subsequently in the IP team at Baker & McKenzie. More recently he has worked in-house for well-known international companies in the automotive and IT sectors.
