Joanna is a solicitor in the Tax team and has been involved in several complex high value VAT Appeals in the VAT and Duties Tribunal.  Joanna also has extensive experience in commercial litigation, debt recovery, insurance litigation and insolvency matters.

Joanna was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2003. Following admission and before embarking on her UK legal career, Joanna spent two years working for Thomson as the legal editor of the New Zealand Reports series.
