Katarzyna specialises in insolvency (contentious and non-contentious), acting for insolvency practitioners, creditors and individuals.  She enjoys providing practical and pro-active solutions to individuals and companies in difficulties. 

Katarzyna also has experience on commercial litigation matters, as well as tax litigation cases in the VAT and Duties Tribunal. Before joining The Khan Partnership, Katarzyna worked within the Contentious Fraud and Insolvency department at Lovells solicitors.  She worked as the Head Paralegal on the action against the Bank of England for the Liquidators of BCCI SA.  She then worked at Wedlake Bell Solicitors where she undertook and completed her training contract.
