Management Receiverships
The Khan Partnership team have acted extensively on a range of Criminal Justice Act and Proceeds of Crime Act management receiverships.
Our clients include management receivers (usually insolvency practitioner accountants) and parties against whom restraint and receivership orders have been made.
We have dealt with a wide range of issues arising from this relatively little known area of the law including:
- disputes about asset sales
- disputes about appointment
- disputes about receivers' costs
- the impact of insolvency proceedings on the restrained assets the conduct of litigation to protect the assets subject to the appointment creditor claims (Re X Ltd)
