James Hilsdon to speak at the Annual International Litigation and Fraud Conference on 20 May 2008

James Hilsdon is to speak at the Annual International Litigation and Fraud Conference held by Lexis Nexis in Central London on Tuesday 20 May 2008, which The Khan Partnership is sponsoring.

James will be chairing the panel in discussing "Offshore Litigation: tactical tips and pitfalls when conducting litigation overseas".  James has extensive experience having practised offshore in the British Virgin Islands and now onshore in UK.  The panel will also be examining practises in the Channel Islands, Cayman Islands and Ireland.
