Caterer & Hotelkeeper - David Morrison advises employees on their rights should their employer go insolvent

Given the current economic climate, employees need to become increasingly aware of their rights should their employer become insolvent.  Partner, David Morrison, advises employees of their rights and offers guidance on how the Government provides certain protections for any lost wages.

However, David emphasises the need for the employee to act quickly and to get their claim in on time if they want to get protection.
