November 2010 - Demonstration of the EMCS by HMRC at The Khan Partnership, following the success of the September talk
From 31 December this year, the EMCS system will toally replace the current paper-based movement control system, which has been subject to systematic abuse and fraud. EMCS will link over 150,000 traders in 27 national administrations across the EU.
TKP, in conjunction with UKWA and Alan Powell Associates, held an EMCS users' event on 23 September and this is to be followed by another demonstration of EMCS by HMRC at the end of November at TKP's offices. More details to follow. In the meantime, please see the attached:
