International Tax Review - John Benstead believes that only a new VAT system in the EU will defeat MTIC fraud
In the March edition of the International Tax Review, partners John Benstead and Hassan Khan examine the European Union's attempt to improve the fight against fiscal fraud.
Given the complexities and loopholes giving rise to MTIC fraud, they conclude that only by introducing a new VAT system in the EU will the problem be defeated.
