James Hilsdon is to speak at the Annual International Litigation and Fraud Conference held by Lexis Nexis in Central London on Tuesday 20 May 2008, which The Khan Partnerhsip is sponsoring.
James will be chairing the panel in discussing "Offshore Litigation: tactical tips and pitfalls when conducting litigation overseas".

HM Revenue & Customs' Appeal to the High Court dismissed on all grounds
The Khan Partnership have successfully fought against HMRC's appeal to the High Court in London, which they brought against a decision of the VAT & Duties Tribunal refusing to allow HMRC to adduce further evidence during the hearing of an appeal by Brayfal Limited t/a DRK in Manchester in January 2008.
